uncharted 4 game review
Alright, let me tell ya ’bout this here game, “Uncharted 4.” My grandkids, they keep yellin’ about it, so I figured, why not give it a whirl? Now, I ain’t no fancy gamer, mind you. I like things simple and straightforward, like a good ol’ cup of tea.
So, first off, this game, it’s pretty as a picture. Them characters, they look real enough to touch. You got this fella, Nate, and his brother Sam, and this lady, Elena… They all got these fancy faces, with all sorts of wrinkles and lines. You can see every little hair on their heads, it’s somethin’ else. And the places they go, oh my! Jungles and mountains and all sorts of fancy places. Makes my old eyes pop, I tell ya.
The story, well, it’s a bit long-winded, if you ask me. Lots of talkin’ and fussin’. But it’s about brothers, see? And how they love each other, even when they’re bein’ stubborn as mules. And it’s about gettin’ old, too. Nate, he’s not a young whippersnapper anymore. He’s got aches and pains, just like me! He keeps climbin’ and jumpin’ all over the place, though. I swear, that man’s got more energy than a squirrel in a nut factory.
- The game’s got lots of climbin’ and jumpin’. Nate, he’s like a monkey, always swingin’ from ropes and ledges. It’s kinda fun, I guess, but sometimes it makes me dizzy just watchin’ him.
- And there’s shootin’, too. Lots and lots of shootin’. Nate, he’s got all sorts of guns, and he ain’t afraid to use ’em. He shoots at bad guys, and they shoot back. It’s noisy, but it keeps things excitin’.
- They got these fancy puzzles, too. You gotta move things around and figure out codes and stuff. Some of ’em are easy, but some of ’em, they make my head spin. I had to get my grandson to help me with a few of ’em. Don’t tell nobody, though!
Now, about them characters… Nate, he’s a good fella, even if he does get himself into a heap of trouble. He’s always tryin’ to do the right thing, even when it’s hard. And Sam, well, he’s a bit of a rascal, but he’s got a good heart, deep down. Elena, she’s tough as nails. She don’t take no guff from nobody. I like her. She reminds me of myself, back in the day.
The game, it’s long. Took me forever to finish it. But it’s worth it, I reckon. It’s like watchin’ a good movie, only you get to control what happens. And the endin’, well, it’s a bit sappy, but it made me cry a little. Don’t tell nobody that, neither!

Overall, I’d say “Uncharted 4” is a good game. It’s pretty, it’s excitin’, and it’s got a good story. If you like adventures and you don’t mind a bit of shootin’ and climbin’, then you’ll probably like it. Just don’t expect it to be easy. And bring a snack, ’cause you’ll be playin’ for a while.
One more thing, them cars in the game, they drive real good. Not like them clunkers we used to have back in the day. These things, they go fast and they handle smooth. Makes me wish I could take one for a spin myself.
So, yeah, that’s my take on “Uncharted 4.” It ain’t perfect, but it’s a darn good time. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go make myself another cup of tea. All this talkin’ has made me thirsty.
