roblox ban screen
Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with Roblox and see if I could, you know, trigger the ban screen. Not in a malicious way, obviously! Just curious about how it works and what it looks like.
Getting Started
First, I fired up Roblox Studio. I figured the best way to do this was to create a new, simple place – nothing fancy, just a baseplate will do.
Making it “Bannable”
Now for the fun part. I needed to make something that would, shall we say, violate the terms of service. I started playing with the Script, insert an object.
- I created the basic Script.
- Insert some, um, “inappropriate” words into print().
- Tried running,and publish it.
The Moment of Truth
I ran the game, and… nothing. Hmm. Okay, maybe my “inappropriate” stuff wasn’t quite strong enough. Time to up the ante! I added some more, uh, let’s call them “colorful” phrases. I also started messing with core game mechanics, which I probably shouldn’t have, just adding random changes trying to get something to trip the system.
I hit “Play” again, and boom! There it was, the ban screen. It popped up pretty quickly, with a message about my account being moderated.

What I Learned
It’s actually surprisingly easy to trigger the Roblox ban screen, even accidentally. It’s good to know they’re actively moderating content, even in development builds. Definitely a reminder to be careful with what you’re doing, even if you’re just experimenting. My test account is now, well, resting. Don’t do what I did! Stick to the rules, folks, or you’ll be seeing that screen too!
