outsmarted game reviews
Alright, alright, let’s talk about this “Outsmarted” game, you know, the one them young folks are always yappin’ about. I ain’t no fancy reviewer or nothin’, just tellin’ it like it is, the way I see it. So, here we go.
First off, they say it’s a “trivia game.” Now, I like knowin’ things, even if I ain’t schooled like them city folks. But this ain’t your grandma’s trivia, that’s for sure. It’s all hooked up to that there internet thingy, you know, the one where you can find anything from recipes to pictures of cats doin’ silly things. So, the questions, they ain’t just about presidents and history, they got all sorts of stuff, like movies and music and things I never even heard of. But that’s okay, keeps things interestin’, I guess.
Now, they say you gotta have this “app” thing to play. My grandkids, they set it up for me. It wasn’t too hard, even for an old gal like me. You just tap, tap, tap on that little screen and the questions pop up. And let me tell ya, some of them questions are tricky! They make you think, they really do. Makes my head spin sometimes, but that’s part of the fun, ain’t it?
- You got different categories, like “History” and “Science” and all that.
- But then you got some goofy ones too, like “Celebrities” and “Gossip.”
- I ain’t much for gossip, but some of them questions made me chuckle.
What I really like about this game is that you can play it with your family, no matter where they are. My grandson, he’s off in the city for college, but he can still join in on the game. It’s like we’re all sittin’ around the same table, even though we’re miles apart. That’s pretty darn neat, if you ask me.
They say the game can last anywhere from half an hour to two hours. Well, that depends on who you’re playin’ with, I reckon. If you got a bunch of slowpokes like me, it might take a while. But if you got them quick-thinkin’ youngsters, it can go by pretty fast. Either way, it’s a good way to pass the time, especially on a rainy day when you can’t go out and tend to the garden.

Now, some folks online, they give it stars and write reviews and all that fancy stuff. I ain’t into that. I just know if I like somethin’ or not. And this Outsmarted game, it’s alright. It ain’t perfect, mind you. Sometimes that app thingy glitches up, and sometimes the questions are just plain silly. But overall, it’s a fun game, especially if you like learnin’ new things and spendin’ time with your family. And ain’t that what matters most?
One thing I noticed, is they update the questions all the time. So it ain’t like you play it once and you know all the answers. They keep adding new stuff, which is good, keeps you on your toes. I also hear you can play with friends far away, that’s fancy. Like my sister Sally moved to Arizona, maybe I’ll play with her sometime.
So, if you’re lookin’ for a new game to play with your family, give Outsmarted a try. It might just surprise ya. It’s a little bit of the old and a little bit of the new, all mixed together. And that, my friends, ain’t such a bad thing.
Just don’t expect me to be no expert on all them fancy categories. I know what I know, and that’s enough for me. But I do enjoy a good challenge and spending some quality time with my loved ones. At the end of the day, that’s what’s important, isn’t it?
So that’s my two cents on this Outsmarted game. It ain’t perfect, but it’s fun and it brings people together. And that’s good enough for me. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go make some dinner. All this talkin’ about games has made me hungry!
