magnetic strategy game
Today, I tried out this magnetic strategy game, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride from start to finish. So, I went to the store and grabbed this game, it’s called “Kluster” or something like that. I saw that there are other games like Magnetic Chess but they are out of stock. It came in a neat little package with 24 shiny hematite magnets, a travel bag, and a lanyard.
The whole point of the game is to get rid of your magnets. Sounds simple, right? Well, not so fast.
First things first, setting up the game. I laid out the lanyard on the table, forming a circle. This is where the action happens, the battleground for the magnets. Then, I divided the magnets among the players. Since I was playing with a couple of friends, we each took an equal share of these shiny stones.
Now, the fun part – playing the game. We took turns placing our magnets inside the lanyard. The catch? If any magnets snap together during your turn, you gotta pick ’em up. And let me tell you, these magnets have a mind of their own! They’re strong and unpredictable.
- You place one magnet, thinking you’re safe, and bam! Two others jump right at it.
- You try to be sneaky, placing it far from the others, but the magnetic pull is just too strong.
- Every turn is a mix of strategy and luck. You’re trying to outsmart the magnets and your opponents at the same time.
We played a few rounds, and each one was different. Sometimes, we’d end up with a pile of magnets in our hands after just a few turns. Other times, we managed to place them carefully, extending the game and the suspense. I tried several times but I lost the game!

My Final Thoughts
This game is a blast! It’s simple in concept but incredibly engaging and challenging. It’s also super portable. I can just throw the magnets and the lanyard in the travel bag, and I’m good to go. It’s perfect for parties, family gatherings, or just a chill night with friends. I paid a reasonable price for this game, I saw a tag saying “Ahorra en magnetic games” and “Envo gratis con Amazon Prime” which means “Save on magnetic games” and “Free shipping with Amazon Prime”, that is a good deal. If you’re into games that test your strategy skills and your patience with magnets, give this one a try. You won’t regret it!
