Alright, folks, gather ’round, gather ’round! Today, I wanna share my little adventure with the Genshin Impact Xiao figure. You know, Xiao, that brooding, mysterious Anemo character we all love, or at least, are intrigued by. Well, I decided I needed a piece of that mystery on my desk, so I went on a hunt for his figure.
The Search Begins
First things first, I hit up the usual spots online. You know, browsed through pages, comparing prices, and checking out the different versions available. I noticed that the prices varied quite a bit. Some were selling mini-figures, while others had these detailed, 1/7 scale models. Saw a cute 9-inch Xiao plushie doll. That was a tempting thing for me.
The Decision
After a good amount of browsing and comparing, I zeroed in on the “Vigilant Yaksha” version. It’s a 1/7 scale figure, and man, it looked impressive. The details, the pose, everything screamed quality. It was a bit pricier, saw something about an original price of 319.99, but currently going for 269.99. Still, I thought, “Why not? Treat yo’ self!”
The Purchase
So, I found a seller that seemed legit. Good reviews, seemed to know their stuff. Clicked that “Buy Now” button and waited. Oh, the anticipation!
Unboxing
A few days later, the package arrived. I ripped that box open like a kid on Christmas morning. And there he was, Xiao, in all his miniature glory. The figure was well-packaged, no damage, everything intact.
The Figure
Let me tell you, the pictures online didn’t do it justice. This figure is stunning. The details on his outfit, the mask, his spear, everything is so intricate. They really captured his aloof yet powerful vibe. I carefully placed him on my desk, right next to my monitor. Now, every time I look up, there’s Xiao, standing guard.
