genshin impact sumpter beast achievement
Okay, so today I wanna share this super cool secret achievement I stumbled upon in Genshin Impact. It’s called “The Lengthy Reunion,” and it’s all about following this chill Sumpter Beast on a little adventure. I saw a few folks talking about it online, but most of the guides were kinda confusing, so I figured I’d just do my own thing and see what happens.
So, first thing’s first, I went to this place called Vissudha Field in Sumeru. That’s where the whole thing starts. I found this lonely Sumpter Beast just wandering around, and I was like, “Alright, buddy, let’s see where you’re going.”
I started following him, and man, this guy was on a mission. He just kept walking and walking, and I was just tagging along, making sure no Hilichurls or anything messed with him. We went through all sorts of terrain, some grassy fields, some rocky areas, you name it. It was actually kind of a nice walk, even though I had no idea where we were headed.
- Started at Vissudha Field.
- Found the Sumpter Beast.
- Followed him, kept him safe.
Along the way, I fought off a few monsters that got too close. I mean, I had to keep my new friend safe, right? It wasn’t too hard, just your usual Genshin Impact combat stuff. The Sumpter Beast didn’t seem to mind, he just kept on trucking.
After a good while, we finally reached this place called Ashavan Realm. I had never been there before. When the Sumpter Beast stopped, I thought it was another random stop but it wasn’t! Then it just kinda chilled there, and boom, the achievement popped up. “The Lengthy Reunion.” I was so stoked! It was way easier than I expected, and kinda fun, to be honest.

The Achievement: The Lengthy Reunion
- Arrived at Ashavan Realm.
- Sumpter Beast stopped.
- Achievement unlocked!
So yeah, that’s how I got the “The Lengthy Reunion” achievement. It’s a pretty chill experience, just following a Sumpter Beast on a long walk. If you’re looking for a little adventure and a secret achievement, I definitely recommend giving it a shot. Just make sure you’ve got some time to kill, ’cause it’s not exactly a short walk. But hey, it’s a nice change of pace from all the usual fighting and questing. Trust me, I loved it!
