Well, now, let me tell ya ’bout this Genshin Impact thing. My grandkid, that little whippersnapper, is always glued to that phone playin’ it. I swear, I don’t get it, all that anime stuff and them fancy words. But from what I gather, it’s a game, a real popular one, with all sorts of characters.

My grandkid tried to explain it to me once, but I swear, it was like listenin’ to a foreign language. Somethin’ ’bout “fan art” and “commissions” and “doujinshi”. Sounded like a bunch of gibberish to me. But from what I can piece together, folks are makin’ their own pictures and stories ’bout these Genshin characters, and they’re sharin’ ’em all over the internet.

Now, I ain’t one to judge. People can do what they please in their own homes, that’s what I always say. But I do worry ’bout them young’uns spendin’ all their time lookin’ at this stuff. Back in my day, we played outside, got some fresh air. But these kids, they’re always starin’ at them screens. It ain’t healthy, I tell ya.

I even seen some of them pictures myself, by accident, mind you. My grandkid left his phone unlocked, and wouldn’t you know it, there it was. My eyes nearly popped outta my head! Them characters, all… well, you know. And it wasn’t just the ladies, neither. It was the fellas too. Like I said, times have changed.

But, I guess it is what it is. The young’uns will have their fun, and us old folks will just have to shake our heads and wonder what it all means. As long as they ain’t hurtin’ nobody, I reckon it’s alright. But I still think they’d be better off gettin’ some fresh air and sunshine.
