genshin impact ps4 disc

Okay, so I finally got my hands on the Genshin Impact PS4 disc version. I’ve been playing the game on mobile for a while now, but I wanted to see how it looked and felt on a bigger screen. Here’s how it went down.

First, I went out and bought the disc. Not gonna lie, it felt kinda weird buying a physical game in 2023. I popped the disc into my PS4 and waited for it to install. It took a while, but hey, that’s expected with these huge games.

Once it was installed, I fired it up. The intro scene was pretty much the same as on mobile, but seeing it on my TV was definitely a step up. The graphics looked sharper, and the colors seemed to pop more. I was pretty stoked.

I spent the next few hours just running around, exploring the world. The controls took a little getting used to, but it wasn’t too bad. Combat felt smoother on the controller, especially with all the different skills and abilities. Aiming with the bow was way easier, that’s for sure.

Some Things I Noticed

  • Loading times were faster than on my phone. That was a nice surprise.
  • The music sounded amazing through my sound system. It really added to the atmosphere.
  • I noticed some details in the environment that I hadn’t seen before. Like, the way the grass sways in the wind or the way the light reflects off the water. It’s the little things, you know?

Overall, I’m pretty happy with the PS4 disc version of Genshin Impact. It’s a great way to experience the game if you have a PS4. The bigger screen and better graphics make a big difference. Plus, it’s nice to have a physical copy of the game. It feels more… substantial, I guess.

So, if you’re a Genshin Impact fan and you’ve been thinking about getting the PS4 version, I’d say go for it. You won’t regret it. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go back to exploring Teyvat. Happy gaming, everyone!
