game dev story hardware engineer hire
Alright, so I was messing around with Game Dev Story, yeah, that mobile game. I got to the point where I needed a hardware engineer, and man, it was a journey. Let me tell you how I got there.
Finding the Right Person
First, I had to actually unlock the ability to hire one. You know, build up my company, make some games, get some cash flowing. It’s not like they just hand these guys out.
Then, I started looking. I hit up the “Hire” option, and scanned through the candidates. I needed someone with some serious skills in, like, actual hardware, not just coding, you know.
The Hiring Process
- Scanning Resumes: So,I looked at a bunch of these digital resumes. So many people, some good, some… not so good. I was checking their stats, their specialties – all that jazz.
- Interview Time: I ended up “interviewing” a few that looked promising. Basically, you gotta spend some in-game cash to see if they’re a good fit.
- Making the Offer: Finally, I found one guy who seemed like he knew his stuff. Decent stats, good specialty. I made him an offer, crossed my fingers, and… bam! He accepted.
Putting Him to Work
Now that I had my hardware engineer, I could finally start working on those more advanced projects. You know, the ones that require some real technical know-how. It was pretty cool to see how he boosted my team’s overall abilities.
It’s not rocket science, I know, but it was a fun little challenge in the game. Plus, it felt good to finally get that hardware engineer on board and see my company grow. That’s the whole point of the game, right?
