deadpool game review
Alright, so listen up, y’all. I’m gonna tell ya about this here “Deadpool” game, like it is. Don’t expect no fancy words or nothin’, just plain talk, ya hear?
So, what’s this “Deadpool” game all about? Well, it’s one of them games where you beat up bad guys, shoot ’em up, and run around doin’ stuff. You play as this fella, Deadpool, and he’s a real chatterbox, always crackin’ jokes. Now, some of them jokes are funny, I ain’t gonna lie, made me chuckle a bit. But sometimes, he just goes on and on, and I’m like, “Alright, already, get on with it!”
They say it’s a “hack-and-slash” game, which I guess means you’re swingin’ and slicin’ a lot. And yeah, there’s plenty of that. You got swords, guns, all sorts of things to make them bad guys go boom. But to be honest, it ain’t nothin’ special. I’ve seen better fightin’ in them old Bruce Lee movies. It gets kinda… what’s the word? Repetitive, yeah, that’s it. You do the same thing over and over, and it gets old real quick.
Now, about them graphics… they’re alright, I guess. Nothin’ to write home about. Everything looks kinda… average. Not ugly, but not pretty neither. And that camera, oh boy, that camera! It’s all over the place, makin’ me dizzy sometimes. Tryna fight them bad guys while the camera’s spinnin’ around ain’t easy, let me tell ya.
They say this game came out a while back, and folks weren’t too impressed. Said it was just another one of them middle-of-the-road games, nothin’ special. And I gotta agree. It’s fun for a little while, but it ain’t somethin’ I’d play for hours and hours on end. Unless you really like that Deadpool fella and his jokes, I guess. Then maybe you’d stick around longer.

- The Good Stuff: Deadpool’s funny, some of the time. And there’s plenty of action, if you like that sort of thing.
- The Bad Stuff: The fightin’ gets old, the graphics ain’t great, and that camera’s a pain in the neck.
- The Ugly Stuff: It’s just… average. Nothin’ special, nothin’ to make it stand out from all the other games out there.
And get this, they ain’t even sellin’ it no more! Seems like the company that made it lost the rights or somethin’. So, if you wanna play it now, you gotta go lookin’ for it, maybe find a used copy somewhere.
How long does it take to finish? Well, they say about seven hours, if you just do the main stuff. But if you’re one of them folks who likes to do everything in a game, see all the little secrets and whatnot, it’ll take ya longer. Me? I ain’t got time for all that. Seven hours is plenty for me.
So, what’s the bottom line? Well, if you like Deadpool and his jokes, and you don’t mind a bit of repetitive fightin’, then maybe you’ll enjoy this game. But if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ new and exciting, somethin’ that’ll really knock your socks off, then you might wanna look elsewhere. It’s an okay game, but that’s about it. Just okay.
One more thing, they talk about a “remastered” version, makin’ it sound all fancy. But from what I hear, it ain’t much different from the original. Just a bit prettier, maybe. So, don’t go thinkin’ it’s a whole new game or nothin’.
That’s all I got to say about this here “Deadpool” game. Take it or leave it, I don’t care. Just tellin’ it like it is, ya hear?
