civilization game best hardware
Alright, listen up, y’all. We gonna talk about this here “Civilization Game” and what kind of contraption you need to make it run good. Don’t go gettin’ all fancy on me, I ain’t got time for that highfalutin talk. We gonna keep it simple, like churnin’ butter or plantin’ taters.
First off, they got this thing called “minimum requirements.” That’s the least you need to get the game runnin’, like a beat-up old tractor just barely chuggin’ along. They say you need a NVIDIA GTX 1050 for the picture thingy, the “video card” they call it. Sounds like a lot of hogwash to me, but that’s what them city folks say. And you gonna need a good “processor,” like the brain of the whole shebang. They say somethin’ like an i7-14700F or somethin’ called a Zen 9 59590X. Sounds like a bunch of numbers and letters to me, but if they say you need it, you probably need it.
Now, if you want things to look purty, like a field of sunflowers in full bloom, you gonna need somethin’ better than the minimum. They call this the “recommended” stuff. Think of it like havin’ a good strong mule instead of that old clunker tractor. For the picture box, they want somethin’ like an RTX 4070 or a Rad RX 7800 XT. Don’t ask me what all that means, it just means it’s gonna look a whole lot nicer.
And then there’s this “ultra” stuff. That’s for them fancy folks who want everything to be just perfect, like a prize-winning pumpkin at the county fair. They want the best of the best, the top of the line. I reckon that means you need a computer that costs more than my whole farm! They talkin’ about playin’ at somethin’ called “4k/60FPS”. Sounds like a bunch of gibberish to me, but I guess it means the game looks real smooth and clear, like a crystal-clear creek on a summer day.
They also talk about this “RAM” thing. Says you need at least 8GB for the game to run good, but more is better, like havin’ a whole barn full of hay instead of just a few bales. Think of it like the computer’s memory, how much stuff it can remember at once. The more RAM, the smoother things run.

So, what’s all this mean for you? Well, if you just wanna play the game and don’t care too much about how it looks, you can get away with the minimum stuff. But if you want it to look nice and run smooth, you gonna need to spend some more money. And if you want the absolute best, well, you better start savin’ your pennies, ’cause it ain’t gonna be cheap.
- Minimum: Like a beat-up tractor, gets the job done but ain’t pretty. GTX 1050, i7-14700F/Zen 9 59590X, 8GB RAM.
- Recommended: Like a good strong mule, works well and looks decent. RTX 4070/Rad RX 7800 XT, better processor, more RAM.
- Ultra: Like a fancy new combine, the best of the best, costs a fortune. Top-of-the-line everything for 4k/60FPS.
Now, I ain’t no computer expert, but that’s the gist of it. Just remember, you get what you pay for. If you want a good experience, you gonna have to invest in some decent hardware. And don’t go buyin’ somethin’ you can’t afford. Just get what you need and be happy with it. That’s what I always say.
And another thing, they say this new “Civilization 7” is comin’ out soon. So, if you plannin’ on gettin’ that, you might wanna start thinkin’ about updatin’ your machine. Don’t wanna be stuck with a horse and buggy when everyone else is drivin’ a fancy new car, ya know?
Anyways, that’s all I got to say about that. Go on now, and get yourself a good computer. And don’t forget to plant your crops and feed your chickens. That’s more important than any fancy game, I tell ya.
Just a reminder, they say this game likes a good graphics card, a fast processor and plenty of RAM. And Bluetooth? Well that’s just fancy stuff, not necessary for playin’ the game but nice to have I guess. Like havin’ a radio on your tractor. You don’t need it, but it makes the day go by a little easier.
