chicago cubs – free night/weekend game remote parking lot reviews
Okay, here is my experience about parking at Wrigley Field:
So, I wanted to catch a Cubs game the other night, right? But if you’ve ever been to Wrigleyville during a game, you know the parking situation can be a total nightmare. It’s like, where do you even begin? Traffic’s crazy, and I did not know the price.
I did a little digging online beforehand, ’cause I’m not trying to waste time driving around in circles. I found out that the Cubs actually offer this free remote parking for night and weekend games. It was located at 3900 N. Rockwell St. Apparently, it’s part of some plan to help with traffic around the stadium, to make people easily take their car there.
I was a bit unsure at first. I mean, free parking in Chicago? It sounded too good to be true. But I figured, hey, why not give it a shot? The lot is only for night and weekend games, which was perfect since I was going to a night game. I drove to the lot.
Getting to the lot was no big deal. I just followed the directions I found online, and it was pretty easy to spot. It’s this big lot, so you can’t really miss it.

I pulled into the lot, and it was like, half full. I found a spot no problem. There was a shuttle there. I hopped on the shuttle, and it took me right to the stadium. The whole process was smooth. No stress, no hassle, just easy peasy.
- Parked my car at the free remote lot.
- Took the shuttle to Wrigley Field.
- Enjoyed the game!
After the game, I walked to get to the shuttle. I got on the shuttle, and it took me back to the lot. My car was right where I left it. I hopped in, and I was on my way home.
My Recommendation
Honestly, if you’re heading to a Cubs game at night or on the weekend, I totally recommend using this remote parking lot. It is free and really convenient, and you don’t have to deal with the headache of trying to find parking near the stadium. Just park your car, hop on the shuttle, and enjoy the game. It’s a game-changer, for real!
