Adorable New Astro Bot Collectibles Are Waiting To Be Rescued By You
Astro Bot’s claim to the title of “PlayStation’s mascot” is getting stronger thanks to a sprawling collection of merch at Target, Walmart, and several other major and specialty retailers. PlayStation has partnered with multiple collectible brands, including Youtooz and CultureFly, to produce budget-friendly vinyl figures, plushies, and accessories such as sling bags and baseball caps. There are also multiple new and upcoming gaming products, including a themed Seagate Game Drive and a large figure that doubles as a controller stand.
Target has the best collection of Astro Bot merch at the moment. Fans can get the new Astro Bot Collector’s Box by CultureFly for $35. Target also has an exclusive 16-inch Astro Bot plush.
Official Astro Bot PlayStation Collectibles

We’ve rounded up all of the new Astro Bot collectibles and merch below. Our gallery mostly features products you probably haven’t seen before, as they just recently popped up at Target or Walmart. But there are a few items fans will already be familiar with, including the Astro Bot Joyful Limited Edition DualSense, which launches October 30, and the first Astro Bot Funko Pop.
$35
The official Astro Bot Collector’s Box from CultureFly is available for $35 at Target. We haven’t seen it at any other major retailers yet, so it may be exclusive to Target.
The Collector’s Box includes the following Astro Bot-themed collectibles in a cool box:
- Captain Astro 3-inch Metallic Mini Vinyl Figure
- Glow-in-the-dark beanie
- Throw blanket
- 16-ounce travel tumbler
- Enamel pin
CultureFly’s Collector’s Boxes vary in quality and price, but the five Astro Bot collectibles in this edition look pretty great, especially for only $35.
$10 each
The Captain Astro Metallic Mini Vinyl Figure is exclusive to the Collector’s Box, but CultureFly created a separate series of eight figures. The figures include some of the power-ups from the game.
These are mystery boxes, so you’d certainly need to buy more than eight to find all of them. Each 3-inch figure comes with two jigsaw puzzle pieces that form “a trip through PlayStation history.”
$30
The first Astro Bot Youtooz collectible vinyl figure looks terrific. The 4.5-inch figure is wearing a translucent blue cape and striking a happy pose. Astro Bot’s eyes look more expressive in this figure than other ones thanks to the individual pixels that form the robot’s distinctive delighted face.
The figure has a custom plastic protector and a matte display box with embossed artwork on the side. Honestly the box looks almost as cool as the figure.
$50 | Target Exclusive
Target has an exclusive 16-inch Astro Bot plush designed by Youtooz. Astro Bot looks extremely adorable as a Youtooz plush, but it’s also $50, which is very expensive for a plush this size.
$30
The official Astro Bot “Built Up” Nylon Sling Bag looks really nice. In addition to a large graphic of Astro’s face on the front, the main compartment has an Astro Bot-themed pattern on the outside. The side pocket features Astro’s smiling face (like the new Astro Bot Joyful DualSense Controller). Even the zipper pulls have Astro’s face on them.
The bag has two major zippered compartments as well as several smaller ones and a mesh pocket on the side for a water bottle. The back of the bag and the adjustable shoulder sling are padded for comfort.
$20 | Walmart Exclusive
The Walmart-exclusive Astro Bot Lunchbox is available now for $19.93. Made of soft PVC, the lunchbox is 3.5 x 8.5 x 8.25 inches and has lenticular artwork on the front.
$15
The Astro Bot Badge Hat features a PlayStation Trophy patch on the front and PlayStation symbols on the left side. The brim and crown have a honeycomb pattern that looks pretty cool. This is an adult-size baseball cap with an adjustable strap on the back.
$15
Target also has a black snapback baseball cap with Astro Bot’s eyes embroidered on the front. The rest of the cap is plain, so we imagine the other hat will be more popular. But just like the Astro Bot Badge Hat, this one is only $15 at Target.
$85 | Releases October 30
The Astro Bot Joyful Limited Edition DualSense Controller is almost the same stylish PS5 gamepad that PlayStation released last year. The only difference is the shape of Astro’s eyes on the touchpad. Instead of being wide-open circles, they match the robot’s face when he smiles.
The back of the controller is white and emblazoned with a small silhouette of Astro Bot’s face in the center.
$30
Astro Bot could hold his own Astro Bot controller if you buy this new stand by Cableguys. The roughly 9-inch figure is officially licensed by PlayStation and is designed to cradle smartphones and console controllers, including DualSense Controllers, Xbox Wireless Controllers, and Switch Pro Controllers.
$57 | PS Direct Exclusive | Releasers April 2026
This upcoming bundle includes an Astro Bot-themed DualSense carrying case made by PowerA and a Red Panda Plush by Youtooz. Originally slated to launch in February 2026, PlayStation Direct now says it won’t arrive until April 2026.
$160 | Releases December 11
PlayStation teamed up with Seagate to design a new Astro Bot-themed edition of the 5TB External Game Drive. Like other Seagate Game Drives themed around PlayStation franchises, this is a limited-edition product that probably won’t be in stock for very long after it launches December 11.
External hard drives like this one can be used to boot PS4 games, but they can only store PS5 files; you need to transfer PS5 games back to the internal SSD to play them. So even though this is licensed by PlayStation, it’s more useful as extra PC storage.
You can preorder the Astro Bot Limited Edition Game Drive for $160 from Seagate or PlayStation Direct. Best Buy has a store page for the drive, but it’s not available to preorder yet. For reference, the standard edition 5TB Game Drive goes for $150, so you’re only paying a $10 premium to get the Astro Bot theme.
$16 | Releases January 30, 2026
Astro Bot’s beady eyes make the character the perfect candidate for a Funko Pop. The upcoming Astro Bot Funko Pop doesn’t even really look like one of Funko’s vinyl figures; it just looks like Astro as a 3.75-inch display figure.
The Astro Bot Pop launches January 30, 2026. Amazon just recently restocked preorders after being sold out for months.
Sold out
Walmart was selling this large Captain Astro Bot vinyl figure earlier this week for $20, but it has since been removed from the site. It’s not entirely clear why Walmart pulled the listing, but it could be related to the price. According to CultureFly’s own online store, this figure retails for $25.
