Honor The Predator And Xenomorph’s Rivalry With These New Collectible Statues

The next film in the Predator series, Predator: Badlands, premieres in theaters on November 7, so, naturally, a bunch of new Predator merch is now available–including a new nine-inch collectible statue from CultureFly based on the original movie. The figure recently launched and is available now for $30 at Walmart. As if that wasn’t cool enough, the Predator’s long-running rival, the Xenomorph from Alien, is getting a similar nine-inch figure on December 11 that’s available to preorder

The Predator statue is based on the original incarnation of the interstellar hunter from the 1987 movie, complete with his iconic wrist claws and shoulder-mounted cannon, and brandishing a skull trophy. It comes with a unique display stand that recreates the film’s old-school movie poster.

The Xenomorph statue is based on the version of the creature seen in Ridley Scott’s original Alien film from 1979. It has a translucent head that reveals its skull and brain, a long tail, a silver inner mouth, and several other organic details. Like the Predator, it comes with a base featuring a backdrop based on the original movie’s poster.

Another new Alien figure, the Xenomorph Book Nook, is launching for $25 on December 1. Like CultureFly’s other Book Nooks, it’s designed as a book-end display and features the creepy visage of the Ultimate Lifeform.

If you’re looking for ways to bide your time until Predator: Badlands on November 7, you can grab several Predator and Alien Blu-rays for cheap during Amazon’s massive sale on horror movie box sets. The Predator: Four-Movie Pack includes all the main live-action films and is available for $29.90 (was $40), while the $25 Alien: Six-Film Collection includes everything from the original Alien through Alien: Covenant. You’ll need Alien: Romulus to complete the set, but it is on sale for $24.59 (was $41).
