genshin impact calendar 2024
Okay, so I’ve been trying to keep track of all the new stuff coming out in Genshin Impact, and let me tell you, it’s a lot! I heard about this “Genshin Impact Calendar 2024” thing and figured I’d give it a shot. I went over to a forum called HoYoLAB, which seems like the main place for Genshin Impact and some other game, to check it out.
First, I tried to find an official calendar.
I figured the best way to get a good calendar was to go straight to the source. So I browsed around the HoYoLAB forums, looking for anything official from the developers. No luck. I found some fan-made stuff, but nothing concrete. There are a few posts about it on the forum, but it seemed like I was going to have to do this the hard way.
Then I started gathering information.
Without an official calendar, I decided to make my own. I started scouring the web for any news about upcoming updates, events, and character banners. There’s a ton of buzz about the new Pyro nation, Natlan, so I made sure to note down anything related to that. I spent hours reading articles, forum posts, and social media updates.

Putting it all together
After I felt like I had enough info, I created a new document. For each month, I added the dates and details of any confirmed events or updates. When there were only rumors, I marked them as such. This was especially true for the character banners, which are always a hot topic.
- January: Wrapped up version 4.3, which introduced Navia.
- February: Kicked off version 4.4 with the Lantern Rite Festival and the release of Gaming and Xianyun.
- March: Transitioned to version 4.5, which was a bit quieter but still had some events.
- April: Saw the release of version 4.6 with the long-awaited Arlecchino banner.
- May: Continued with version 4.6 events and reruns.
- June: Looked forward to version 4.7 with new characters Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos.
- July-August: Speculated on the release of version 4.8 and the introduction of the Pyro nation, Natlan.
Finally, I shared my calendar.
Once my calendar started taking shape, I posted it online for others to use. I figured I wasn’t the only one struggling to keep up with all the new content. People seemed to appreciate it, and I got a bunch of feedback and suggestions. It was pretty cool to see it become a collaborative effort. I kept updating it whenever new information came out.
It’s a rough guide, but it helps me keep track of what’s coming up. Genshin Impact keeps throwing new stuff at us, and this calendar is my way of staying sane through it all. It’s a work in progress, but it’s better than nothing!
