game art hardware
Okay, folks, let’s dive into my little project on game art hardware.
So, first off, I started digging around for what I needed. I knew I wanted to make some game art, but I wasn’t sure where to start. I looked up stuff on creating game assets, you know, the whole shebang from design to programming.
Then, I got down to building my rig. I ended up going with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor, because I heard those were pretty good. And for the graphics, I snagged an RTX 3060 with 12GB GDDR6. I also slapped in 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, to keep things speedy. I installed Windows 11 on it, because why not be up to date, right?
Next up, I needed the right tools. I messed around with a bunch of software, trying to figure out what worked best. It really depends on what you’re doing – 2D art, 3D models, animation, all that jazz. I found that there are special tools for each. If you are doing 2D, you might need different tools. For 3D, there is another set of tools.
I also realized that making a game isn’t just about having the right people. It takes some serious planning and organizing. I started learning about game art design, which is like a whole section of game development dedicated to the visuals of the game. It all starts in the early stages, before you even get to the serious stuff.

It was not easy to put all this together. But after I spent a lot of time on it, I finally made it. Now I have a PC that can create game art. I believe that I still need more time to learn how to draw art and make games, but I also think that I have already had a good start.
- Started with research.
- Built a PC with Ryzen 7, RTX 3060, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD.
- Installed Windows 11.
- Explored software for 2D, 3D, and animation.
- Learned about game art design and its importance in pre-production.
- Realized it is not easy and still need more time to learn.
So, that’s my story about diving into game art hardware. It’s been a wild ride, and I’m still learning, but I hope this gives you an idea of what it’s like. Keep on creating, everyone!
