814 lanes and games greensburg reviews

Okay, so I recently checked out this place called 814 Lanes and Games in Greensburg. I heard some buzz about it and, you know, I love a good round of bowling and some arcade action. So, I decided to head over there and see what the fuss was all about.

First off, I found out that this place is located at 4589 PA-136, Greensburg, PA 15601. Pretty easy to find, right in the heart of Greensburg.

I started by getting the lay of the land. I called them up first to get some basic info – you know, hours, prices, that kind of stuff. Their number is on their website, easy peasy. The person on the phone was pretty helpful, gave me the rundown.

Once I got there, I jumped straight into the bowling. They’ve got regular bowling lanes, and from what I saw, it seemed like a popular spot for parties. I grabbed a lane for myself, laced up those stylish bowling shoes, and got to rolling.

They had a deal going on – $25 for an hour of bowling for four people, including the shoes. Not bad, right? I also heard they have these bowling leagues, but they only run two weeks a month and apparently fill up fast. I made a mental note to check that out next time.

After working up a sweat with the bowling, I decided to hit the arcade. This is where things got really fun. I mean, they’ve got everything – classic arcade games, those claw machines where you try to grab a stuffed animal, the whole nine yards. I spent a good chunk of time hopping from game to game, trying to beat high scores and just generally reliving my childhood.

Oh, and they have other stuff too. They offer escape games and even classes, which I thought was pretty cool. It’s not just bowling and arcade games, they have like cookery courses, art classes, pottery classes, and photography classes. I didn’t try them this time, but it is interesting to know that they have them.

I did notice they have a little section called “Bites & Brews.” I didn’t grab any food or drinks this time around, but I saw some folks enjoying themselves there. It looked like a nice spot to chill after a few rounds of bowling or gaming.

Before I left, I checked out some of the customer reviews online. Most of them were pretty positive, with people praising the fun atmosphere and friendly staff. I gotta agree, the staff I interacted with were all pretty chill and helpful.

  • What I did:

All in all, I had a blast at 814 Lanes and Games. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends, have a party, or just enjoy some good old-fashioned fun. I’ll definitely be back, maybe to try out those escape games or finally join a bowling league.
