So, I started reading some fanfics and stuff online. There’s a lot of it based on the idea of the reader getting isekai’d into the game. For example, I saw one where the reader got hit by a car and woke up as an NPC in Inazuma. Wild, right? There’s also a lot of reader-inserts that deal with depression and stuff, which gave me some ideas.

Then I started outlining my own story. I was trying to combine a few ideas, like, what if the reader is someone who’s being hunted by some powerful bad guys, and they end up in Teyvat? It felt a bit cliche, but I figured I could make it work. I spent, like, a whole afternoon just writing down plot points and character ideas. My notebook looked like a crazy person’s diary by the end of it, I swear.

Next, I jumped into the actual writing. I started with a scene where the reader is, like, totally freaking out, having a panic attack in the middle of Mondstadt. I wanted it to be super emotional, you know? Like, really get into the reader’s head and show how messed up they are.
