But remember what I said about knowin’ what the numbers mean? You gotta figure out what’s normal for your computer. Like how you know your own body temperature. You know when you got a fever, right? It is hot. Same with the computer. You gotta learn its normal temperature, so you know when it’s gettin’ too hot. A hot computer can be a bad sign, I guess.

My grandson, he’s always tellin’ me about how important it is to keep the computer cool. He’s got these fans in there, blowin’ air around. Says it helps the computer work better, last longer. Like keepin’ a horse cool on a hot day. You gotta give it some shade, some water, let it rest. This hardware temps display thing is the same.
