best strategy war games ps4

Alright, let’s gab about these here war games on that Playstation thingy, the PS4, you know? The young’uns, they call it “best strategy war games PS4.” Sounds fancy, but it’s just shootin’ and plannin’, same as always.

First off, you got yer Civilization 6. Now, I ain’t never played it myself, but them city folk, they go on and on about it. They say it’s all about buildin’ up yer own little country, makin’ it bigger and better than the others. Sounds like plantin’ corn, but with more fightin’, I reckon. You gotta plan where to put yer farms and yer soldiers, and fight off them other countries tryin’ to take yer stuff. They talk about “districts” and “expansions,” makin’ me think of buildin’ a new barn, but bigger, I guess. It’s all about thinkin’ ahead, they say. Gotta be smarter than the other fella, just like sellin’ eggs at the market – gotta get there early and have the best price. This whole expanding your cities and armies thing reminds me of trying to keep the chickens from escaping the coop – always gotta be one step ahead! This here game, folks say it’s a real brain-tickler.

Then there’s this Baldur’s Gate 3. Don’t know much about it, but it seems like one of them magical games, with swords and sorcery and all that. Heard it came out recent-like, in August sometime. Prob’ly got elves and dwarves and such, runnin’ around, fightin’ monsters and each other. Sounds like a good time, if you like that kinda thing. I prefer a good ol’ fashioned shootin’ match myself, but to each their own, I always say. If you like them fantasy stories, this one might be right up yer alley.

Now, this here Strategic Mind: Spirit of Liberty, this one sounds more like it. It’s set in Finland, durin’ a big war. They call it the Winter War, and some other wars too. Sounds cold! You get to play as the Finns, fightin’ off them invaders. They say there’s a second campaign too, so you get more bang for yer buck. Reminds me of the stories my grandpa used to tell about the war, all that fightin’ and hardship. He always said, “Ya gotta be tough and ya gotta be smart.” Sounds like that’s what this game is all about.

• Thinkin’ ahead: Just like plantin’ crops, gotta know when to plant and when to harvest, or in this case, when to attack and when to defend.
• Keepin’ yer stuff safe: Same as lockin’ up the henhouse, gotta keep them enemies from stealin’ yer resources.
• Bein’ tough: Gotta be able to take a punch, both in farmin’ and in war, metaphorically speakin’ of course, I ain’t never punched nobody.

Then you got these XCOM games. They’re turn-based, they say. That means you take turns movin’ yer soldiers and shootin’ at them aliens, or whatever it is you’re fightin’. Sounds like chess, but with guns. Gotta think real hard about where you move, ’cause one wrong move and you’re toast. Reminds me of plannin’ out the garden, gotta make sure everything’s in the right place, so the tomatoes don’t shade the peppers. These games are all about plannin’ and testin’ yer grit. Gotta be brave and smart, both at the same time.

And last but not least, there’s Sudden Strike 4. This one’s all about fightin’ in Europe, in a big war they had a long time ago. You get to control tanks and soldiers and all sorts of war machines. Sounds like a real ruckus! Probably got lots of explodin’ things and shootin’ and yellin’. Not my cup of tea, all that noise, but some folks like it. They say you gotta wage war, which just means fightin’ a lot. Reminds me of them raccoons gettin’ into the garbage, gotta fight ‘em off with a broom! This game, it’s about big battles and takin’ over territory. Gotta be strong and decisive, just like a good rooster protectin’ his hens.

So, there you have it. A whole bunch of these “strategy war games” for that Playstation contraption. Whether you like buildin’ empires or fightin’ aliens or waggin’ war in Europe, there’s somethin’ for everyone, I reckon. Just remember, it’s all about thinkin’ ahead, keepin’ yer stuff safe, and bein’ tough. Just like farmin’, but with more explosions, ha!

Oh, and I almost forgot, them young’uns also play games with their friends, like Tekken 7, Dead or Alive, Project Cars and all sorts, but them’s not really war games, they’re just for fun, I hear. Now, that Microsoft fella, they are plannin’ to bring some of their big games to that there PS5 thingy, even bigger than this PS4, imagine that! But, I don’t rightly know when all that is happening. All these new machines and games, it’s hard to keep up sometimes, I tell ya.
