big game burger review

Alright, alright, let’s talk about this here Big Game Burger. I ain’t no fancy food critic or nothin’, just tellin’ ya what this old lady thinks, ya hear?

So, this burger, they say it’s got all sorts of fancy meats in it. Elk, they say. Venison, too. And regular ol’ beef, of course. Sounds like somethin’ them hunters would bring back, eh? Anyways, I got my hands on one, and let me tell ya, it ain’t like them burgers down at the diner.

• First off, the meat. It’s… different. Not bad, mind you, just different. Kinda gamey, like they say. You can tell it ain’t just plain ol’ cow in there. It’s got a bit of a… wild taste, ya know? Like somethin’ you’d eat out in the woods. Not that I’ve ever eaten an elk before, but I imagine this is what it tastes like. It’s kinda chewy too, gotta work your jaw a bit, but that’s alright. Keeps ya from eatin’ too fast.
• Then there’s the toppings. They got all the regular stuff, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles. Nothin’ fancy there. But they also got this… sauce. Sweet and tangy, they say. I say it’s a bit too sweet, if ya ask me. But it does go alright with the meat, I guess. Makes it less… gamey, maybe? I dunno. It’s just sweet, real sweet. Like the candies they give out at the church.

Now, I ain’t one for countin’ calories or protein or none of that fancy stuff. But this burger, it’s gotta be pretty fillin’. I ate half of it and I was already feelin’ full. Probably all that meat. So that’s a good thing, I guess. Gets ya your money’s worth.

Overall, this Big Game Burger, it ain’t bad. It ain’t your everyday burger, that’s for sure. It’s somethin’ different, somethin’ you might wanna try if you’re feelin’ adventurous. But don’t expect it to taste like them burgers down at the diner. This one’s got a bit of a wild side to it.

Would I eat it again? Maybe. If I was feelin’ fancy, maybe. Or if I was out in the woods huntin’ elk, maybe I’d eat this burger just to feel a little extra prepared you know? But most days, I’ll stick to my regular ol’ beef burger. It’s just simpler, ya know? Less fuss.
