buus fury game wont run on this hardware
Well, let me tell ya, this Buu’s Fury game, it’s a real pain in the neck. I got this thing, see, and it just won’t work. Keeps tellin’ me, “Game won’t run on this hardware.” Hardware? What’s a hardware? Sounds like somethin’ you find at the back of the shed.
I was playin’ along just fine, beatin’ up this Ol’ Buu fella and smashin’ through that katchin wall. Then, BAM! I try to go into that Great Kai’s house, and it just stops. Says that darn hardware thing again. I tell ya, it’s frustratin’!
- First, I was smackin’ that Ol’ Buu
- Then, I broke that katchin wall
- After, I wanted to go to that Great Kai’s house
Now, I ain’t no fancy computer person. I just wanna play my game! I heard tell there’s this thing called an “emulator.” Sounds complicated, like somethin’ those city folks use. People sayin’ somethin’ ’bout changin’ the “save type.” Save type? What in tarnation is a save type? Is it like savin’ pickles for winter?
They say you gotta go into “options” and then “GBA emulation” and then fiddle around with somethin’ called “eeprom” and “flash 128.” Sounds like a whole lot of gibberish to me. Why can’t they just make things simple? Back in my day, you just put the game in and it worked. No fuss, no muss.
Someone even told me it might be a “damaged game.” Damaged? I ain’t thrown it around or nothin’. It looks just fine to me. But then again, I can’t see too good anymore without my glasses. Maybe there’s a scratch I ain’t seein’. They say it happens with other games too, like that Pokey-man Emerald thing the grandkids are always yappin’ about.

Fixing this Buu’s Fury game is like tryin’ to herd chickens, let me tell ya. One person says do this, another person says do that. It’s enough to make your head spin. And I ain’t got time for all that fancy computin’ stuff. I got chores to do and mouths to feed.
I even heard some folks talkin’ ’bout “importin’ saved games” from one place to another. Sounds like a whole lotta trouble if you ask me. Why can’t they just make these games work right the first time? It’s like buyin’ a new tractor and havin’ to fix it before you can even plow the field.
So, here I am, stuck with a game that won’t play. Maybe I’ll just go back to watchin’ my stories on the TV. At least them, you just turn ’em on and they work. Or maybe I’ll just call up my grandson. He’s good with them computer things. Maybe he can make some sense of this here hardware problem. But I tell ya, it’s a real bother. I just wanted to beat up that Buu fella and see what happens next. Is that too much to ask?
Anyway, if anyone out there knows how to fix this thing without all that complicated talk, let me know. Just plain English, mind you. No fancy words or technical mumbo jumbo. I just want to play my game!
And another thing, these games these days, they’re too complicated. Back in my day, you had a joystick and a button, that’s it. Now you got all these buttons and menus and whatnot. It’s enough to drive a body crazy. But I guess that’s just the way things are now. Progress, they call it. I just call it a headache.
So, if you got any ideas, speak up. And if you don’t, well, I guess I’ll just have to keep fiddlin’ with it till I figure it out or give up and go back to my stories. At least them, I understand.
In the end, maybe I should just find a new game. One that works without all this fuss. But darn it, I really wanted to finish this one. I guess I’m just stubborn like that. Well, I’ll keep tryin’ for a bit longer, then maybe I’ll just have to give up and go bake some cookies. At least cookies don’t give you “hardware” problems.
