Well now, let’s talk about them Genshin Impact hoodies, shall we? You know, the kind them youngsters are all wearin’ these days. I seen ’em around, them fancy shirts with all them… whatchamacallits… cartoon lookin’ fellers on ’em.

First off, where d’ya even get these things? Seems like everyone and their dog’s got one. I hear tell there’s this here “online store” thing. Sounds fancy, but I reckon it’s just like a Sears catalog but on that there inter-web thingy. They got all sorts of Genshin Impact merchandise, not just hoodies. Little dolls and such. My grandkid, little Timmy, he’s got a whole shelf full of them things. Cost a pretty penny, I tell ya.

Now, about the hoodies themselves. They got all sorts, I seen. Some with that feller, Ka-zu-ha, on ’em. Looks like a samurai or somethin’. Folks call it cosplay, dressin’ up like them game characters. Timmy tried explainin’ it to me once, but I swear, it’s like listenin’ to a rooster crowin’ backwards. He says there are unique or custom hoodies, too, which cost even more money!

• Official merch: This is the stuff you get from the real stores, like that online thing I was talkin’ about. Costs more, but I guess it’s the real deal.
• Fan-made stuff: There’s folks makin’ their own hoodies too, with them game characters on ’em. Probably cheaper, but who knows if they’re any good.

Why are these hoodies so popular, you ask? Well, beats me. But Timmy says this here Genshin Impact is a real big game. Something about adventurin’ and magic and such. He says it’s a cozy game within an open world game. I don’t get it, myself. Back in my day, we played outside, with sticks and rocks. But these young’uns, they like sittin’ in front of them screens all day. And they like showin’ off their love for this game by wearin’ them hoodies.

I hear tell some of them hoodies are real expensive. Like, cost more than a whole week’s worth of groceries! Timmy says you gotta buy them with somethin’ called “Genesis Crystals.” Sounds like somethin’ outta a sci-fi movie. He says you can buy these crystals with real money, or sometimes you can get ’em for free if you do some special things in the game. Sounds like a whole lotta work just to get a shirt, if you ask me.

And it ain’t just hoodies, mind you. They got sweatshirts too. And shirts with just the little symbols and whatnots from the game. It’s a whole industry, I tell ya. Makes me wonder what the world’s comin’ to, when folks are spendin’ all their money on clothes with cartoon characters on ’em.

I even saw Timmy lookin’ at somethin’ called Character Outfit Shop the other day. He said it was a place where they sell skins, and no, not the kind you put on a sausage. Seems like you can change how your characters look in the game, for a price, of course. And if you’re lucky, sometimes they give these skins away for free during special events. But if you miss the event, you gotta pay up. Always gotta pay up, it seems.

Anyways, that’s about all I know about these Genshin Impact hoodies. They’re popular, they’re expensive, and they got them game characters on ’em. If that’s what the kids are into these days, well, I guess that’s their business. Me, I’ll stick to my old flannel shirts. They’re warm, they’re comfortable, and they don’t cost a fortune.

But I gotta say, some of them hoodies do look kinda comfy though… Maybe I’ll ask Timmy to get me one for my birthday. Just kidding! That boy needs to save his money. But if he insisted… well, I wouldn’t say no to a warm, cozy hoodie with that Kazoo-er feller on it. He looks like he knows how to keep warm in the winter.
