Well now, let me tell ya’ about this thing, Genshin Impact Gelbooru, or whatever they call it. Sounds fancy, but it ain’t nothin’ but pictures, far as I can tell.
My grandkid, that little whippersnapper, always glued to that phone. Showed me this “Gel-boor-roo” thing once. Said it had all sorts of pictures from that game he plays, that “Gen-shin Impact.” Never understood them video games, myself. Back in my day, we played outside!
Anyways, this Gelbooru thing… it’s got pictures, lots and lots of pictures. Pictures of them game characters, I reckon. Some are just standin’ around, pretty-like. Others are… well, let’s just say they ain’t dressed for church. Kids these days, I tell ya!
They got all sorts of characters, see. This “Yelan” girl, and that “Clorinde,” and even that boy, “Aether,” I think they called him. My grandkid pointed ’em out, like I was supposed to know who they were. Just kids in fancy clothes, far as I’m concerned.
And the pictures… some are nice, I guess. Like them landscapes, pretty mountains and trees. Reminds me of the old country back home, ‘cept these are all… shiny and colorful, like somethin’ out of a dream. But then you got others, ones that make me blush! Lord have mercy!
From what I gather, this Gelbooru place has a whole heap of these pictures. Millions, my grandkid says. Millions! Can you imagine? What in the world do they need so many pictures for? Seems like a waste of time to me, but what do I know? I’m just an old woman.
- Lots of Pictures: This place, it’s got pictures, and lots of ’em. Pictures of everything and everyone from that Genshin game.
- Characters Galore: They got all them game characters, Yelan, Clorinde, Aether, and a whole bunch more. Don’t ask me their names, I can barely remember my own sometimes!
- Some Nice, Some…Not So Nice: Some pictures are pretty, like them scenery ones. But then there’s others… well, let’s just say they ain’t for the faint of heart.
- Free for All: Apparently, you don’t even need to sign up or nothin’. Just go there and look at all the pictures you want. Seems kinda strange to me, but that’s how they do things these days.
- Always Changin’: My grandkid says they’re always addin’ new pictures. So it’s never the same, I guess. Keeps them youngsters entertained, that’s for sure.
My grandkid says it’s got “anime videos” and “wallpapers” too. Don’t know what an “anime” is, sounds foreign to me. And “wallpapers”? Back in my day, wallpaper went on walls, not on phones! The world’s gone crazy, I tell ya.
They even got somethin’ called “rule34” and “hentai.” Don’t even ask me what that means! My grandkid just giggled and wouldn’t tell me. Said it was “grown-up stuff.” Well, I’m grown-up enough, and I don’t need to see that kind of thing, thank you very much!
This Gelbooru, it seems like a big ol’ mess of pictures to me. Some good, some bad, some just plain confusing. But them youngsters, they seem to like it. Spend hours lookin’ at them pictures, they do. Guess it’s their way of havin’ fun these days. Can’t say I understand it, but then again, I don’t understand half the things they do.
So, if you’re lookin’ for pictures of them Genshin Impact folks, I guess this Gelbooru is the place to go. Just be warned, you might see things you weren’t expectin’. And don’t blame me if you do! I’m just tellin’ ya what I know, which ain’t much, but it’s somethin’. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to go make some supper. All this talk about pictures has made me hungry!
And one more thing, my grandkid said something about “Danbooru” having a lot of Genshin Impact pictures too. Seems like these “booru” places are popular with the young folks. More pictures, I guess. Lordy, they sure do love their pictures!
