mafia 2 game review

[Body]

Alright, let me tell ya ’bout this Mafia 2 game, like I seen it, you know? No fancy words, just plain talk.

So, this game, they call it Mafia 2. It’s like watchin’ one of them gangster movies, but you’re in it, kinda. You play this fella, Vito, and he’s gotta do all sorts of things, some good, mostly bad, to make his way in the Mafia family. It’s a whole lotta shootin’ and drivin’, lemme tell ya. And the music, it’s like them old tunes they play on the radio, sets the mood right.

Now, some folks say this game takes ’bout 12 hours to finish if you just stick to the main story. But shoot, I spent way longer than that just drivin’ around, lookin’ at the city. It’s pretty, you know, for a game. They got all them old-timey cars and buildings. Makes you feel like you’re really back then, in the 40s or 50s, whatever it was.

  • Lots of killin’, that’s for sure.
  • Them fellas in the game, they all wear suits, real sharp like.
  • And they ain’t messin’ around. Serious business, this Mafia stuff.

The fellas who play games for a livin’, the reviewers, they liked it mostly. Said it was a “generally favorable” game. ‘Cept for that Xbox thing, they weren’t so sure ’bout that one. And they made a new one, a “Definitive Edition,” but it ain’t perfect. Still got some problems, just like the first one. But it’s still fun, you know, drivin’ around, shootin’ bad guys.

They got this shootin’ in the game, lots of it. You shoot from cars, you shoot on the streets, you shoot everywhere. And you gotta drive fast, get away from the cops and other bad guys. It ain’t easy, lemme tell ya. You gotta be quick and smart, or you ain’t gonna last long in this Mafia world.

Some folks say the new version, the “Definitive Edition,” it looks better. Sharper, you know? Like they cleaned it up real good. And it plays okay, even with the problems. Fifty of them reviewer fellas looked at it, and they said it was kinda weak. But I don’t know ’bout all that. I just play the game, have some fun. It ain’t the best game ever, but it ain’t the worst neither.

If you like them gangster stories, and you like shootin’ and drivin’, then you might like this Mafia 2 game. It’s like livin’ in a movie, but you’re the one pullin’ the trigger, you know? Just don’t go gettin’ any ideas ’bout joinin’ the real Mafia, hear? It ain’t all fun and games like in this here video game.

The game ain’t perfect, mind you. It’s got its problems, like them reviewers said. But shoot, nothin’s perfect in this world, ‘cept maybe my apple pie, and that ain’t got nothin’ to do with this game. This Mafia 2, it keeps you busy, keeps you entertained. And that’s all that matters, right? Keeps an old lady like me from gettin’ too bored, you know?

So, if you see this Mafia 2 game on sale, or your grandson’s got it and ain’t playin’ it no more, give it a try. You might like it, you might not. But at least you can say you tried it. And that’s more than some folks can say ‘bout most things in life. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go check on that pie…
