ace hardware yard games
Well, howdy there, y’all! Let me tell ya somethin’ about them yard games, you know, the kind you play outside when the weather’s nice. Folks been playin’ games in their yards for ages, I reckon. Even them fancy folks way back when, they had their games too.
I heard tell of a game called Bocce, somethin’ they been playin’ since way before my time, even before my grandma’s grandma! It’s a game with balls, big ones and a little one. Ya just try to throw the big ones close to the little one. Sounds simple enough, even for an old gal like me. Then there’s this other one, Puh-tank, or somethin’ like that. Frenchified name, ya know. Comes from some place over in Europe, France I think they call it.
And croquet! My, my, that one brings back memories. Used to see the rich folks playin’ that on their fancy lawns. Hit them wooden balls with a mallet, through them little hoops. Always looked like fun, but we never had the fancy stuff for it. We just used sticks and rocks, made up our own games, ya know?

Them were the good old days. Kids these days, they got all sorts of fancy games. But sometimes, I think the old ways were better. Simpler, you know?
Now, you might be wonderin’, where can you get all these games? Well, I heard tell of a place called Ace Hardware. They got all sorts of stuff, not just for fixin’ up your house, but for playin’ too! I also heard some folks on the internet talking about Ace hardware, I never been on the internet, I just heard from my daughter, any way, they said that place have all kind of gifts for your loved ones. If I need gifts for my grandkids, I will make my daughter to go to there to take a look what they got.
