2019 game hardware killer

Well now, let me tell you about them fancy game thingamajigs from 2019. Them youngins, they call ’em “hardware killers,” like they gonna murder somethin’! I tell ya, it’s all just a bunch of lights and buttons to me, but they say it makes the games real purty.

The Year of the Fancy Gadgets

Folks was goin’ hog wild over all sorts of new stuff for playin’ their games back in 2019. One fella, he wrote about it, said they looked at all sorts of game gear. Sounded like a lot of work to me, all that lookin’ and writin’. He talked about some fancy controllers, like that Xbox Elite thingy. Said it was real nice, but prob’ly cost a pretty penny.

  • AMD Ryzen 3000 Series: Them Processors Got Some Pep

Now, this one fella, Eber, he was real excited ’bout somethin’ called AMD Ryzen. Sounded like a car part to me, but he said it made the games run real fast. Said it was the best of the bunch, that Ryzen 3000. Guess it was real powerful, like a bull in a china shop, but for computin’. Made the games look real good, they say.

VR Headsets and Cloud Gammin’

Then there was them VR goggles. You strap ’em on your head and it’s like you’re in the game! Can you believe that? A fella named Valve, he made a new one. Folks were linin’ up to try it, I hear. Made me dizzy just thinkin’ about it. And then there was this “cloud” gammin’. Google, they made somethin’ called Stadia. Said you didn’t even need a fancy box no more, just the internet. Sounded like magic to me.

Computers Gettin’ Smashed Up

Now, this ain’t about the game stuff, but it happened in 2019 and it’s just plain silly. This young fella, just a student, he smashed up a whole bunch of computers at his school. Dozens of ’em! Monitors and all. I don’t know what got into him, but it sure made a mess. Waste of good money, if you ask me. Prob’ly mad ’cause he couldn’t beat some game, huh? Kids these days!

More Than Just Games

This fella writin’ about all this stuff, he said they looked at the good and the bad. Guess not all them gadgets was worth the money. But folks sure did spend a lot of it tryin’ to get the best. It’s a whole ‘nother world, this game stuff. Me? I’m happy with my crossword puzzle, thank you very much. But them youngins, they love their fancy lights and buttons. And 2019, well, it was a big year for all that, seems like.

So, what killed the hardware in 2019?

Well, from what I gathered, it was mostly them fancy new games that needed a whole lot of power. Them Ryzen processors, they helped, but even they had to work hard. And them VR goggles, they needed a strong computer to make it all look real. So it wasn’t one thing, it was a whole bunch of things pushin’ them machines to their limits. Just like workin’ in the fields all day, I guess, only with more lights and noise.

The Future of Game Stuff

Who knows what they’ll come up with next? Prob’ly somethin’ even fancier and more expensive. But one thing’s for sure, them youngins will keep buyin’ it, and them fellas will keep writin’ about it. And me? I’ll stick to my crossword and my cup of tea. This game stuff is just too much for an old lady like me.

In Conclusion…

2019, it was a wild year for all this here game stuff, seems like. Lots of new gadgets and lots of money spent. From the sounds of it, them games got real purty and real powerful. But I still say, nothin’ beats a good book and a warm fire. But that’s just me, I guess.
