Well, ain’t this somethin’, talkin’ about these here real time strategy games on that fancy PS5 thing. Now, I ain’t no expert on these buttons and screens, but I hear tell there’s some games where you gotta think fast and move things around like you’re organizin’ a barn sale. That’s what they call “strategy,” I reckon.

So, they say there’s this game called “Aliens: Dark Descent.” Sounds spooky! Like them sci-fi shows my grandkid watches. Gotta have a good head on your shoulders to fight off them aliens, I bet. And it’s on somethin’ called “Playstation 4” and “Xbox One” too, whatever them things are.

Then there’s “Tactics Ogre: Reborn.” Ogre? Like them big, ugly things from fairy tales? Well, I never! Guess you gotta be real clever to beat ’em at their own game. This one’s just for the PS5, fancy that.

• Now, someone told me about “Crusader Kings” and “Cities Skyline.” Said it’s like you’re runnin’ a whole kingdom or buildin’ a town from scratch. Sounds like a lot of work if you ask me, but I guess some folks like that kinda thing.
• And “Warhammer 3”? Gotta check if it’s on that PS5. They say it’s the “best strategy game” right now. Don’t know nothin’ about warhammers, but if it’s the best, it must be good.
• Then there’s “They Are…” somethin’. They call it the “best RTS.” Don’t ask me what RTS means, but if it’s the best, then it’s the best, right?

Let’s see, what else? Oh yeah, “13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim.” That one’s got “real-time with pause strategy.” So, you can think a bit before you make your move, like plannin’ your moves in a checkers game. That’s more my speed, I tell ya.

Then there’s “Frostpunk – Console Edition,” “Company Of Heroes 3,” “Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew,” and “Spacebase Startopia.” So many games! How’s a body supposed to choose? Sounds like they got all sorts of things goin’ on, from freezin’ cold places to spaceships.

And get this, they sayin’ “Microsoft” is gonna put “Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition” on the PS5. Microsoft? That’s like them computer folks, right? Guess they wanna get in on the fun too.

The PS5’s got all sorts of special games, they call ’em “exclusives.” Like “Silent Hill 2 Remake” and “Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.” Spooky stuff and superheroes, somethin’ for everyone, I guess.

So, if you’re lookin’ for a game where you gotta use your noodle, these here real time strategy games might be just the ticket. Whether you’re fightin’ aliens, buildin’ cities, or commandin’ armies, there’s a game for ya on that PS5. Just remember to take a break now and then, all that thinkin’ can make your head spin!
